Senior Industrial Data Consultant

The role

Help customers define the problem, choose a practical approach and take the work through to a validated result. Combine stakeholder facilitation, technical judgement and responsibility for delivery scope.

What you may be doing

• Lead discovery and strategy sessions with operations, engineering and IT
• Design data architectures, including historian-to-cloud and governance models
• Scope and lead proof-of-concept work with agreed success criteria
• Advise on measurement and regulatory data management
• Guide stakeholders through change
• Mentor engineers and review their work
• Contribute to proposals and solution design

Essential

• Relevant delivered projects in industrial data, measurement or process engineering
• Architecture judgement and a clear explanation of tradeoffs
• Strong facilitation, comfortable with both executives and operators
• Breadth across historians, cloud platforms and reporting
• Judgement about what to build, what to buy and what to leave alone
