The role
Develop and evaluate assistants such as TrendGuru, connect them to approved data and tools, and automate workflows where the result can be checked.
What you may be doing
Agents and context
- Build and refine conversational agents using LLM APIs, multi-turn conversations and tool calling
- Ground agents in asset hierarchies, events and operational context
- Process files and images into structured data
Workflow integration
- Integrate agents with Microsoft Teams and other channels
- Build event-driven workflows with Power Automate and other automation tools
Evaluation and safeguards
- Evaluate answer quality and design guardrails for reliability
Essential
- Experience building with LLM APIs and tool calling
- Python or C#
- A rigorous approach to evaluating and improving output quality
- Pragmatism about where AI helps and where it doesn’t
Helpful experience
- Microsoft Bot Framework
- Power Automate
- Node-RED
- Retrieval and context techniques
